Canva is the ultimate design tool for non-designers. It’s user-friendly and the free version gives you access to most features. Use Canva to create shareable social media images, cover photos, even video thumbnails. In no time, you'll be on your way to building a memorable online brand.

Kajabi contains all the features you need to sell, market and deliver your content. Because they make it incredibly easy to turn your knowledge and content into products you can sell, I am a huge fan of this powerful tool. Inside my business, we use it for our website, courses, marketing, email, and so much more.

Group Leads

Group leads help you to instantly connect new Facebook group members into leads in your favorite email marketing software. I wouldn't do a Facebook Challenge without this tool! Capture emails, auto-add members to your group, easily send decline messages, and so much more!

Project Broadcast

Project Broadcast allows you to reach more people in your network using SMS, MMS, and Voicemail Drops. We use it for text reminders for webinars, challenges, and events, but also to engage with our students and customers.

My personal favorite, this password manager provides a place for users to store various passwords, software licenses, and other sensitive information in a virtual vault that is locked with a master password.

Zoom is the leader in modern enterprise video communications, with an easy, reliable cloud platform for video and audio conferencing, collaboration, chat, and webinars across mobile devices, desktops, and telephones.

ScreenFlow is a powerful, easy-to-use screencasting software. Use it to capture video and to record the contents of your screen. It is what we use to edit videos for our courses and programs. (For Macs Only)

Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your favorite apps. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration.

Otter lets you record, transcribe, search and share your voice conversations, videos, and audio files. (It even syncs with Zoom.) Easy to use and less expensive than most transcription services.
